I will provide you step-by-step instructions how to connect and set up alerts, so you can be notified instantaneously when a listing comes to market from over 20 other sources.

You get access to all the listings working with me...and not just a few.

I will show you every property that you would like to see.....plus:

At this time, you will be given an exact date when to move out from your existing place and when you could move in to your new house. I will help you make all the arrangements so you can move only once!

Another important step for your peace of mind:

Now is time for the home inspection. This includes mold inspection, roof inspection, HVAC plumbing/electrical, the interior/exterior. 

In some cases, I will recommend a "Radon Gas" Test Inspection plus a "Lead Paint" Inspection. 

Relax, I will handle all of this for you. You will receive an easy-to-read report with all the facts pertinent to your house, including images, summaries and new homeowner maintenance suggestions to follow. 

At this time, there will be an appraisal performed to validate the value of the property. 

If the appraisal does not meet the price offered in the contract, I will make sure that is changed to reflect the actual amount of the house's value. This will assure  you from overpaying for your new home

If the appraisal exceeds the price offered in the contract, you will benefit with equity from the very first day!

We're getting close!
